Wang Jinliang, deputy director of the Standing Committee of Dalian Municipal People's Congress and Secretary of the Party committee of Dalian University, Ma Fenghai, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and vice president of Dalian University, Zhang Guiqin, Secretary of the Party committee of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University, Wang Ruoyu, President of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University, and orther staff attended the donation ceremony.
The donation of school uniforms for primary school students is a specific measure for the Party committee of our hospital to carry out in-depth party history learning and education activities. Recently, the hospital Party Committee launched a voluntary service donation action in the whole hospital. More than 2000 hospital Communists, members of the Communist Youth League, members of democratic parties and teaching staff actively volunteered. Then, with the strong support of Dalian love enterprises, nearly 2700 primary school students in 10 primary schools of Aga town made two sets of school uniforms in summer and winter. As a gift for children's day, they are presented to all primary school pupils in the town of Aga, Shuicheng District, Liupanshui, Guizhou.
In 2020, the Party committee of our hospital and Aga primary school, Shuicheng District, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province set up a party member volunteer service base and carried out a series of Party member volunteer service activities. The hospital has arranged book corners for 15 classes of Aga town school, donated more than 3000 extra-curricular books and school supplies for students, donated more than 1200 sets of toothpaste and toothbrushes, and sent clinical experts to carry out a series of lectures on health science popularization for primary school students. In 2021, the Party committee of the hospital further expanded the work content of voluntary service of Party members, launched the "children's dental caries prevention project" for 3-5 years in Aga Town, and carried out dental fluorosis for 2700 primary school students in the town. This work will reduce the dental caries rate of local children and fill the gap of local children's dental caries prevention.
Zhang Guiqin, Secretary of the Party committee of the hospital, said that the Party committee of our party has implemented the spirit of the speech of general secretary Xi Jinping on the learning and education activities of the party history, and organized and implemented a series of activities of Party member volunteer service projects. The donation of more than 5000 sets of school uniforms for children is one of a series of activities. The purpose is to practice the original intention and mission, inherit the red spirit of the centenarian Hospital of Zhongshan Hospital, carry forward the red medical spirit of the centenarian hospital, do a good job in public hospitals serving social work, "do practical things and solve problems" for the masses, and let the party flag fly high at the grass-roots level.
